Curbside pick-up: (Middletown only) For customers that do not want to enter the store for various reasons.

- Call Nature’s Goodness (Middletown) and place an order for curbside delivery.
- Pay over the phone with a cashier helping you.
- Your order will be waiting for your pick up.
- Upon arrival walk up to the “pick up” window at the front of the store.
- An employee will retrieve your order and you will have completed the transaction.
Special Orders: (both locations) For customers that purchase products in bulk, are out of stock at both stores or want a product that we do not regularly carry.

- When you have a product that requires special orders, contact an associate (in-store or call), and inform them to place a special order. Be prepared to give your full name, the phone number to best reach you, and the exact product you are looking to order.
- The associate will place the order for you.
- Once the order is in, an associate will call the customer to inform them of the status of the product that was ordered.
- Customers can then come to pick up their products.
Delivery: (Both locations) for customers that want their order delivered to their house on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of the same week of placing the order.

- And the order will be delivered on the next closest delivery day
- Any orders of $50 or more have a free delivery fee
