- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup diced peach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded, deveined and diced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blend ingredients together.
- Refrigerate overnight in a tightly sealed glass jar.
