I have an issue with my product, can I return it?

Of course! We want what's best for you! A couple of things to know when returning a product: 

  • Keep your receipt and bring it with you when returning a product. 
  • It is important to have a receipt so that we can be sure to issue you with the appropriate amount for a refund.
  • Returns on unopened items must be done within 60 days of the original purchase.
  • Returns on opened items must be done within 14 days of the original purchase.
Can I return my product without a receipt?

Yes, if you are in our Rewards Program. We can look up your receipt.

No, if you are not in our Rewards Program unfortunately we are not able to look up your purchase for you.

Because we run so many sales on our products it is important to have a receipt to Issue the appropriate amount for a refund.

Note:  

  • Unopened items being returned will be refunded to your credit card or a store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Items being returned that are opened , a return form must be filled out, and we will only issue a store credit in the form of a gift card

We do not offer cash back on any returns.
